What can I expect?
Your treatment will be a unique, individual and very personal experience. Whether you choose an aromatherapy massage, reflexology or LaStone treatment you will be treated to an experience that I believe is not available anywhere else. No matter which therapy you choose, each treatment will incorporate some element of aromatherapy, the basis of all my treatments. If you have any questions or concerns prior to your treatment please do not hesitate to ask me. Descriptions of each treatment are detailed below:
Aromatherapy
A simple aromatherapy consultation can empower you to treat simple ailments such as coughs and colds through to more prolonged problems such as eczema, asthma and back pain. By completing a simple consultation with you, I can advise and make up a personal blend of oils to take home with you and naturally treat your ailments.
LENGTH OF CONSULTATION: up to 1 hour (dependant on needs)
COST: $25 per half hour (including personalized blend of oils)
Aromatherapy massage
Prior to your treatment I will complete a simple consultation with you to find out what your specific needs and requirements are for your treatment. I will then make up a personalised blend of aromatherapy oils to be used in the treatment and to take home with you. All treatments iclude consultation as necessary; please allow an extra 30 minutes in your schedule. There are a number of options available for an aromatherapy massage:
Full body massage - 1 hour - Cost: $85
Face massage (including neck) - 30 minutes - Cost: $40
Back massage (including arms) - 30 minutes - Cost: $40
Hand Massage - 20 minutes - Cost: $25
This treatment of just the hands is particularly beneficial if you suffer from arthritis of the hands and helps increase circulation - or if you simply want a sample of an aromatherapy treatment but are not sure if you want to try a full body massage. You remain fully clothed for this treatment as just the hands are worked on.
Foot massage - 20 minutes - Cost: $25
Again, this treatment of just the feet is particularly beneficial in helping improve circulation or if you suffer from pain or arthritis in your feet. Or simply to try an aromatherapy treatment. Again, you remain fully clothed as only the feet are worked on.
Both the hand and foot massage can be taken separately or can be combined if you prefer a longer treatment and would like both the hands and feet worked on.
The cost of a combined hand and foot massage is $45
You will have the chance to relax after all treatments, with the use of a robe, if you so wish, for treatments which require you to undress or partially undress. I can provide a variety of healthy refreshments to enjoy in your own private space after the treatment.

Whilst I am doing this your feet will be immersed in a warm bowl of water, with scented rose petals, to relax you before the actual reflexology treatment.
Reflexology points will be worked on the feet to balance the body, relax you, and aid detoxification and the immune system.
Refreshments are available after the treatment to fully enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings.

LaStone 'Stone Sole' Therapy
This is the original hot and cold stone therapy, with a particular emphasis on reflexology. Its roots are in harmony with Native American beliefs. This is an excellent therepy for deep heat/cool penetration, assisting in pain and inflamation of various areas of the body.
After an initial consultation to find out your specific needs and requirements, I will make up a personalized blend of aromatherapy oils to be used both in and after the treatment. I will work reflexology points on the feet, hands and ears (optional!) whilst you relax with a combination of hot and cool stones on/surrounding your body. You remain fully clothed for this treatment, with the exception of your feet. Once tried, this is
an experience you are sure to want to repeat!
Refreshments will be available after the treatment, to allow you to relax and enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings.

Although all my treatments are thought out with you specifically in mind, this treatment is the ultimate in relaxation and self indulgence. It is more about taking the time for you to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul than to help treat any specific ailment.

Subsequent treatments of all experiences may be charged at a lesser price, as it may not be necessary to complete another full 30 minute consultation, dependent on your circumstances. I can also adapt any treatment to your specific and personal needs. Discounts can also be negotiated for block bookings and in return for personal recommendations. Please ask at time of treatment.
Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice is required for a cancellation of a scheduled treatment. If insufficient or no notice is given before the missed session, it may result in full or partial charges, dependent on circumstances.
