Do you love lavender?
You don't need any prior knowledge of either aromatherapy or lavender to study this short course on lavender aromatherapy. This short course is the first in a series of specialist aromatherapy subject areas that is written with the knowledge and expertise of a certified aromatherapist. It is a great introduction to the world of aromatherapy!
What the Lavender Aromatherapy Short Course Contains:
- a 30 page e-booklet style of study, covering the history and use of lavender in medicine and perfumery, types of lavender plants (including botanical differences and photos), types of lavender essential oils, how to use lavender as an essential oil (including some of my own lavender oil recipes!) and how to use lavender as a hydrosol
- a short test is included at the end of the course to test your knowledge and in order to receive a certificate of completion; the test is not mandatory and the certificate is for your own personal satisfaction only.
Please note that the test is not mandatory and the certificate is for your own personal satisfaction only at this time. However, the course is priced to include the marking of your answers, feedback and help with answers and an issuance of a certificate of completion. Accreditation for NCBTMB CE credits is on hold for this course until new standards and guidelines have been completed by NCBTMB, and new course providers are able to apply for NCBTMB course accreditation. In the meantime, the course is currently discounted accordingly with this in mind and the cost of this course will rise once further accreditation is received; currently excellent value for money!

This 6 hour course can be applied towards ARC (Aromatherapy Registration Council) RA (registered aromatherapist) required renewal contact hours. If you need verification of course content, please let me know and I will be happy to supply it.
This course is written with the experience and knowledge that I have personally attained through my own aromatherapy studies (in the UK and France) and through over 7 years experience as a certified clinical aromatherapist in the United States.
Option One - PDF format; the course is delivered to you via e-mail once payment has been received. (It will not be delivered automatically; I will approve and e-mail you the course once payment has been made successfully and usually within 48 hours, unless otherwise notified). You just need to have acrobat adobe reader installed to be able to open and read the files.
