Aromatherapy is a valuable tool that may assist you in in managing a lot of different aspects of your health and well being. However, if you know little about aromatherapy it can be confusing knowing where to start as there is a lot of mis-information about aromatherapy.
I trained in the UK with the Penny Price Aromatherapy Group, at one of the highest levels in the industry, and have continued to undergo further aromatherapy training since my move to the United States. I think that it is important to share the knowledge that I have learned with others and was one of the initial reasons that I began writing about aromatherapy. Now I am ready to share this information locally through aromatherapy information sessions for local businesses, small groups and charities within the Sedona area.
