I was born in England and have travelled extensively throughout the world including Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Central America, the Caribbean and the USA.
In 1995, I graduated from university in England with a BA Hons degree in Business and Accounting and held several positions of responsibility within local government throughout the following years. Always one willing to try anything once, and not liking to be confined by the 'rules', I was continually looking for something different to try! My path led to holistic therapies firstly in 2001 when I personally experienced first hand the effects of work related stress.

My path led to holistic therapies firstly in 2001 when I personally experienced first hand the effects of work related stress.
I went on to qualify in reflexology in 2003, training with the Association of Reflexologists in England. In 2004, a sudden personal loss in my own life made me re-think my future and ultimately led me to aromatherapy; firstly as 'self help', secondly as a student and finally to a significant 'life change'. My aromatherapy training was in England with the highly respected Penny Price Aromatherapy Group and I still use both her products and services today.
During this time, I also took a course in London, England with the La Stone Therapy group and am a qualified La Stone therapist in 'Stone Sole' therapy, using the benefits of stone massage through reflexology.
In 2006, my life changed yet again and I eventually moved to Sedona, Arizona to start both a new life and a new business. I personally own and operate my local treatment practice available at various locations in Sedona. I do not employ anyone else to carry out my treatment work so you will personally receive my services on the day of your treatment.
During this time, I also took a course in London, England with the La Stone Therapy group and am a qualified La Stone therapist in 'Stone Sole' therapy, using the benefits of stone massage through reflexology.

Sedona Aromatherapie was created through my passion for aromatherapy and the desire to pass that knowledge onto others. I am first and foremost a professional aromatherapist, not to be confused with massage therapy alone. Although the two therapies do compliment each other, it is the power of a combination of essential oils which are the focus of my treatments.
